Who we are

Woodoo Sync is a service that connects a WooCommerce store with an Odoo database. In this policy, “we” means the operator of the Woodoo Sync service, and “you” means the person or company that creates a workspace.

Information we collect

Account details you submit, such as a name and email address. Connection details you enter for WooCommerce and Odoo, including store URLs and API credentials, because the sync cannot run without them. Catalog data the sync imports, such as product names, SKUs, prices, stock, variations, and image URLs. Technical logs needed to operate the service, such as request times and error messages.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the sync, show job history and reconciliation, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Catalog writes go to the Odoo database you configure, and catalog reads come from the WooCommerce store you configure. We use infrastructure providers to host the application, database, and website. We share information if the law requires it.

Retention

Workspace data stays while the account is active. You can ask us to delete a workspace. Backups may keep a copy for a limited period after deletion.

Security

Access to the service is limited to what the sync needs. You are responsible for the API credentials you create in WooCommerce and Odoo, including rotating them if they leak.
