Terms of service

The service

Woodoo Sync lets you connect WooCommerce and Odoo and run catalog sync jobs. We may change features, limits, or plans as the product develops. Paid plans, when billing is enabled, renew monthly until you cancel.

Your account

You must provide accurate connection details and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the data you choose to sync. You must have the right to use the WooCommerce store and Odoo database you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with other customers, probe systems you do not own, or send data you are not allowed to transfer. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Your data

You keep ownership of the catalog and account data you submit. You give us permission to host and process that data only to provide the service. Writes to Odoo and reads from WooCommerce happen because you configured those connections.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as available. Sync depends on WooCommerce, Odoo, and the network between them. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every record will match after a run. Check reconciliation before you rely on a sync for a live catalog.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may close a workspace that violates these terms. Sections that should survive, including liability limits and your responsibility for your data, stay in effect.
